Meet Sharonda
Hey Sis, I’m Sharonda — the heart behind The Sistas Council.
This space was born from silence, gaps, and untold stories. I built what I wish existed: a sacred place where Black and Brown women can be seen, heard, and healed without judgment.
I’m a mother, wife, entrepreneur, and woman of faith who knows what it means to carry crowns and burdens. After pouring into everyone else, I finally poured into me — and this was born.
The Sistas Council is more than a podcast. It’s where we counsel through the mess, tap into community, and remind each other: you are not alone anymore.
Whether you came to laugh, cry, shop, or find your tribe — welcome to the Council. You belong here.
Mission & Vision
The Sistas Council is a safe and soulful space where women of color come to heal out loud, speak their truth, and reclaim their power—together. We create honest conversations, intentional products, and transformative experiences that uplift, inspire, and empower.
Our mission is to hold space for every version of womanhood while supporting one another in both personal and business endeavors. Whether you’re building your brand, breaking generational patterns, or simply trying to breathe—we see you, we celebrate you, and we stand with you.
We envision a global sisterhood rooted in legacy, love, and liberation. A place where sisterhood is not performative—it’s powerful. Where our culture becomes currency, our stories spark healing, and our support turns dreams into reality.
This is the Council.
This is what it looks like when sistas pour into sistas—with no ego, just elevation.
The Council Promise
At The Sistas Council, we promise to hold space with grace, honesty, and love.
We honor every woman’s story—whether she’s healing, building, breaking down, or beginning again.
We will not judge your truth, silence your voice, or diminish your magic.
We show up for each other with care, not competition.
We support one another in sisterhood, in business, in faith, and in the messy middle.
We believe in rising together—louder, softer, bolder, better.
This is more than a platform.
It’s a promise:
You don’t have to do life alone. Not here. Not ever.
